Miro Japan Executive meeting

Role

Key Visuals · Interactive Board Design · Illustration

A visual system developed for Miro Japan’s executive meetup, centered around the theme of future leadership and coexistence with AI.

The project translates a standard presentation format into an immersive spatial experience. Instead of linear slides, the entire agenda is embedded into a custom-built Miro board designed as a night street scene. Each element in the environment carries information, turning the board into a navigable interface for the event.

The street acts as a narrative structure. Panels, speakers, and key moments are positioned as signages, storefronts, and light interventions, allowing users to move through the content intuitively. The experience mirrors a VR-like walkthrough, guiding participants step by step while maintaining a sense of exploration.

The visual language combines Miro’s digital identity with subtle references to Japanese urban aesthetics. Neon accents, lantern-like lighting, and depth-driven perspective create a layered environment that feels both technological and human.

The key visuals extend this idea of coexistence. The interaction between a human hand and a wireframe hand reflects the relationship between people and AI, setting the tone for the event.

The result is a presentation tool that functions as both interface and environment, shifting passive viewing into active participation.
